Ceramic material not delivered

Hello,

The Ceramic Resin Cartridge of our last order #2200013669 was never delivered. I was told it would take two weeks, yet it’s being over two months already.

Did anyone experiencied same?
Also seems no one is under online chatting any longer…
Hope it can be solved soon.
