# Can't tract printer online?

Hi, for some reason I can’t currently track my prints from the dashboard, I can send my print files from the preform application with no problems and print successfully regularly. I would like to access the data for business purposes, any suggestions? or could I have possibly turned something off at the dashboard by mistake?
