# Big Mess all over the printer and in there

Hi guys… i bought my brand new Form 2 2 days ago. I printed few jobs perfectly. But now over night it has an error : motor jammed. And on the front left side it was all resin over my desk. And under the tank also. And if i look through the optical window i see resin in there. And on the Form 2 cover the right corner was broken…i can not imagine what hapoens there you have an idea?

And i opened a ticket but what can i do know? Do i need to wait until an answer or can i clean something inside or so?

Thanks a lot i need help
