Is there any chance I can get someone of authority to resolve an ongoing issue I have that doesn’t involve them telling me to ask google how to fix your products? Any chance I can get you to honor a return because now you have the return and my money. Any chance I can get an apology for formlabs insinuating that a medically retired military officer is lying about a return? Any chance someone can tell me about your policy on mistreating veterans ? Because it appears we’re some sort of evil to be purposely abused in the formlabs corporate culture. Or do you treat all customers with arrogant contempt every time we ask for customer service or tech support?
