Do build plates ever need replacing?
Also, I have my form 2 sat next to a filament style 3D printer. When this printer is printing the table vibrates slightly. Is this expected to affect print quality significantly?

Generally speaking, no…your build platform does not need to be replaced unless it gets damaged. As for the vibrations, it really depends on how significant the movement is. I would recommend running some prints, and if you notice a decrease in quality when your other printer is also in operation, consider separating them.
