Adjustable Internal Supports sensitivity

From what i can gather, internal volume detection uses a fixed hole tolerance - i imagine it uses some kind of enveloping triangulation to detect the internal volume, with a fixed polygon size. If the holes in the object are smaller than the polygon size, they get ignored.

The net result is - for objects with smaller holes, internal volumes will get recognized “correctly” and no internal supports will be created (with Internal Supports off) where they couldn’t be reached and removed post-print; while for objects with bigger holes, the result will be an object potentially full of unwanted supports that will be very hard to remove.

A slider for adjusting the hole tolerance (grayed out when internal supports are on, active when they are off) would be a nice addon to the advanced support params already present.
