Basically all of the prints are showing exaggerated layering striations on the side of the print that faces the hinge on the platform.
These are deep enough to easily be seen and felt by touch. This is happening on every print job no matter what file/model is printed.
Any idea what would cause this?
I certainly wouldn’t expect you to see shifting like this. This sounds like it an issue that needs to be investigated a little further. I recommend you open a support ticket and someone from Customer Support will get back to you shortly. Having a picture or two ready to send will speed up the process.

I have exactly the same issues. Layers hanging and accompanied with rough surface on the hinge side.
