Anyone Help, my Form3 is dying! Scary sound!

Hi All, My Form3 is dying!!! Please check this video for the scary sounds! [Form3 Scary Sound] Here is what happened: I am printing with tough1500 resin, using a brand new platform and resin tank. I printed 3 times and they all failed because of the same problems. Firstly, the printer will finish the first 3 or 4 layers nicely (see the photo of the platform). Then at some time point, the laser module will stay at the leftmost position and keep generating scary sounds in the video! …
