Fail print again and again!

I received my printer last month and work well.

Early November, the printing become worse and worse. The support team suggest to clean the mirror(both large mirror and galvo mirror). The problem solved after cleaning.

However, it can not hold a long time. The printing fail again.

I try to print the test file but I get this…

I submit a ticket again(16 Nov) but haven’t get any response yet. The support team maybe so busy. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Search these forums for JoshK’s calbration .form file and try to print that.

The problem have not solved yet.

I tried the laser test. The support team said the big mirror may be scratched. So I need to replace the mirror. I paid the shipping fee on 21 Nov, but I haven’t received the mirror. The support team gave me the USPS tracking number before, but it only show as “Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS”.

Does anyone try it before?

Thank you. You know, my Form1+ stop running for a long time. I hope the problem can be solved as soon as possible.
